Privacy Policy

Effective October 2026. This policy covers northwesthomeservices.com, run by the Northwest Home Services Directory.

What we collect. When you submit a form, we collect what you type: your name, phone or email, town, and the details of your request (a job description on the quote form, corrections on the claim form, or a topic on the mortgage form). When you sign up for the free checklist, we collect your first name, email, optional town, and whether you are a homeowner. We also receive standard web server logs (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) and use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages help people.

How we use it. Quote requests are sent to up to three matching businesses so they can contact you about the job. Claim requests are used to verify ownership and correct listings. Mortgage requests go to Ryan Drum at NEXA Mortgage. Checklist signups receive the checklist and one useful homeowner email a week.

What we never do. We never sell email addresses or form details. We do not share your information with businesses other than the ones matched to a quote request you submitted.

Your choices. Every weekly email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can ask us to delete your information entirely by emailing us, and we will confirm the deletion.
