Terms of Use

Effective October 2026. By using northwesthomeservices.com you accept these terms.

Directory information. Listings are compiled from public sources, business websites, Google, and community referrals, and are checked before publication. Businesses change phone numbers, addresses, and ownership, so listing details can go out of date. We correct reported errors promptly, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current at the moment you read it.

No endorsement of work. A listing, a Google rating, a referral count, or Featured placement describes visibility in this directory, not the quality of a business's work. Featured placement is paid advertising and is labeled as such. Always verify licensing and insurance yourself and get written bids before hiring, as the blog and guides on this site recommend.

Quote requests. Submitting a quote request authorizes us to share the details you provided with up to three matching businesses, who may contact you directly. We are not a party to any contract you make with a business.

Our content. Blog articles, guides, and checklists are general homeowner education, not professional advice for your specific home. PDF guides are sold for personal use and may not be redistributed.

Liability. To the extent allowed by Illinois law, the directory is provided as is, and our liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months (for most visitors, zero).

Contact. Questions about these terms go to hello@northwesthomeservices.com.
